About the course

Systems Engineering is a structured and well-defined way to use common sense in complex technical projects. A well-organized system of work enables efficient control, clearer communication, better documentation, better quality and better results. Our introduction course in Systems Engineering offers you a good introduction to the concepts, approaches and key stages and milestones in the development of complex systems. The course combines theory, exercises and discussions with practical tips and concrete examples from reality.

We give you the understanding of the importance of effective requirements, as well as the basics of how they should be implemented. We will also go through the system architecture’s role and how the choice of architecture affect further work.

Concepts such as verification, validation, integration and interface is also addressed in the course. In this course we also discuss how various activities, especially in the project’s early stages, can affect the availability, maintenance, system security and system integration.
