Learn the technique to develop requirements and specifications with high quality! In this course, you get the basics of identifying, analyzing and formulating demands in an efficient manner. You presented a complete toolbox of tools and methods that will not only support you in identifying and typing accuracy requirements, but also help you to create complete, structured and consistent specifications.
Why is requirements important?
In a world of increasingly complex and interconnected technical systems, requirements management identified as critical for effective procurement and successful product. Organizations that understand the importance of working requirements driven and have processes, methods, tools, and not least the skills demands of work has much greater opportunity to succeed in their development projects and contracts than those who do not. A demand high quality work increases the quality of the entire operation. But how do you succeed?
After the course you will have a good understanding of what the requirements and quality means. You have got a practical toolkit that helps you identify, analyze and formulate the correct demands. You have also been examples of well structured specifications and how you should do to increase your overall quality requirements according to the relevant international standards and “best practice”.
The course is intended for those who work with the demands and requirements management in any form. You work today; Requirements Engineer, Test Manager, Systems Engineer, System Manager, Technical Project Manager, Development Manager, Quality Manager, Business Analyst, IT / utility manager or technical buyers.
You do not need any special knowledge, but to get the maximum benefit from the course it is good if you have some years of experience in complex systems engineering, technical procurement or support.
